Despite her being hard on him, he steals money from her to bet on bull butting. The story takes place in occupied Korea at the start of the 20th century, where a young student in medicine discovers the murdered body of the son of a government official.

A group of friends form a soccer team and call themselves "Tigers". The group gets into a fight seniors at their school and other students begin to view them differently.

One of the friends then becomes interested in the ex-girlfriend of a gang leader at another school.

The "Tigers" soon find themselves in a gang war. Written by Nicholas Pacheco. A few anti-social misfits encounter some other misfits, fight, become friends, and take on an even more anti-social gang at a Korean high school.

Here we have a film that didn't need to be made; yet another Korean flick focusing on male bonding among delinquent-bordering-on-criminal youth.

Women are typically mere eye-candy for this crowd, and comprise a very small part of the plot, with aggressive, violent behavior providing the social glue for its characters.

The film is an unending sequence of posing, flexing and punching, and the fight scenes do not rise to the status of well-choreographed martial arts.
